Constant random fps drops

I've been playing on and off matches because at this moment I can't really play on the client. Every match and every game mode I play I will have random fps drops going from 100 at the start and stabilizing around 50-80 after a few seconds to then just randomly dropping to 11-10 as low as 02 fps for about 20-30 seconds each. I played a match with friends and this happened about 7-10 times during the match of roughly 35 minutes. To be honest, I really do want to play more matches, but with the client sever constantly bugging out, I really can't. Also I've had the multiple ward skin bug as well in champ select.

Is anyone else getting major lag/fps drops or is it just me? Last patch seemed fine for the most part, but this patch is killer.
