In-game bug with vision Score

During my game last game as support I happened to scroll over my oracle lens and look at my vision score. The game went on for 48 minutes and around the 30 minute mark it said my vision score was 12, later on it went up to 17 but I had definitely placed enough wards and cleared enough to be more than that. If I check stats for the game my vision score overall was 128.
