New leave buster

Recently my internet has been acting up and as a 1 year league player, I still play even though my internet comes off randomly. Now everytime i try to play a games I have to wait 5 mins. The problem here everytime the 5 mins is done, it restarts. Now I waited 15 mins(restarted x3) And In the end it still restarted to another 5 minutes. Im not sure how to fix this, but please help I just have 2 more games and it will be finish. This applies to all the ques.
