Matchmaking no longer has true balance.

I recently returned to playing league. Matchmaking seems thoroughly busted for me. In my recent summoner's rift games, It's been nothing but stomps.

Either my team gets five free kills before twenty minutes, or their team gets five free kills before twenty minutes. Aka I haven't played a fair game in ages.
