unexpected error while logging in

I had to reinstall my norton antivirus today. i tried logging on league after that and i kept getting the unexpected error. i tried repairing league, uninstalling and reinstalling it, making sure it was allowed through the firewall, but nothing worked. i even uninstalled my norton again and tried openeing league without it and i still couldnt login. ofcourse i decided i should send riot a ticket so that they could help me, but for some reason i keep getting unending capchas and i just cannot even make it to their support page, and when i do by some miracle and press the "send a ticket' button it says i need to login before i can send the ticket with a red login button under.....the problem is i am already logged in and pressing the login button doesnt even do anything. i tried logging out and re-accessing the ticket page while not logged in so that maybe it will work. after 20 minuetes of unendig capchas again i made, only this time the red login button just redirects to an empty page with nothing to do.

as of right now i cant access the support page at all, and i am sick and tired of pressing pictures of signs and cars to prove i am not a robot, now can someone please help me???

I play in EuW and I have same problem dont know what it is. Today is the first day this bug started wiht me I cant log in any acc I tryed one in eune and that didint work eiher I am pissed of

It's almost 2019 fix your client riot !!!!!!!!!

This issue happened on my new laptop, I just bought it few weeks ago, everything is new, I've tried all solutions you can find on google. None of it fixed the problem
