Draft Pick/Dynamic Que 6.5 Patch Wont Load

Just updated to patch 6.5 and now my Normal Draft Pick/Dynamic Que wont load. All I get is a black empty space so I can't select my two roles to enter into the que. I've logged out, logged back in multiple times and it still doesn't work. I've restarted my computer as well and it still has not worked. Some help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. This is very frustrating to say the least.
