Cannot load game (everything else is healthy)

Every other program runs fine on my Win7 machine. LoL has stopped responding entirely. Could not load game-load screen. Tried to uninstall/reinstall LoL after multiple restarts. Game still failed to load load screen. The weirdest part was that it wasn't hung and didn't crash. It just went from queue GUI to nothing. No crash, just nothing.

Tried reinstalling. Now the login GUI loads, and then nothing happens after login.
