I bought Gnar with RP, and I still have the same amount of RP

I just bought 20$ worth of RP, and was going to get Gnar and his Gentleman skin. I bought Gnar, and when I was just about to buy the skin I saw that the same amount of RP (2896 in all) was still there.

I did try restarting the League Client, but that didn't work.
