Kalista's Black Spear bugged.

while trying to switch my Black Spear to another person the audio que would go off but nothing else would happen, the item would go on cool down for a moment then stay in my inventory, i tried using it on the current carrier of the spear but the same thing happened. selling the item did not help either, post game the slot that i held the spear in was completely gone, not even the item slot box was their.

It seems as though you can change your binding as much as you want early in the match, but after a certain point it's permanent. I don't know the time for that, though.

Edit: I found a post that said the limit is the first 3 minutes of the match. Which is complete garbage if your Oathsworn goes afk later or is garbage or you want to change it to a better ally (like a carry who is getting dove often or an ally who goes in deep for engage).
