Alright, Riot, we've gotta talk

Riot, bro, you really need to fix this 'your summoner has been temporarily logged out due to a Player Support modification' shit in ARAM champ select. Nothing is being changed, I've not been banned or even warned about anything, and all this is doing is racking up 10+ minute wait times for me to enter a game. If you can't take care of the issue directly can you at least set it up so I don't have to receive of dodge penalty for being forcibly kicked over this?
