Poppy Ult vs Olaf Ult

Just finished a game as Olaf against Poppy and twice I was knocked back by poppy's ult while I was under the effect of Ragnarok. This isn't an isolated effect either as there has a few occasions recently where I've been knocked up while in Ragnarok or been affected by some other form of CC. Has something broken the code for his ult?

I'm thinking of picking up Olaf once I get mastery 5 with Garen, so I'd like an answer to this as well.
