[CLIENT] Crafted permanent skin ward didn't become available

[CLIENT] When crafting first permanent skin ward under certain condition skin ward does not become available.

Reporter: Happend to me personally. Also a friend told me about very similar issue.

Conditions: ! certain

1. Ought to be first time you crafting skin ward.
2. Tooltip for both craft component and crafted skin(in popup) prints localization string(?) instead of localized name (something like "skin_ward_loot_9", can't recall exact one). In the same time tooltips for other ward skins and other stuff was ok. ? possible
3. Have to craft other permanent non-ward stuff before.
4. Have to be particular ward skin - cookie one.

Process: Everything except tooltip on one particular ward skin looks like it should. At the end of crafting process popup is shown saying that skin unlocked with skin's name corrupted in the same way. Still skin never becomes available.

Expected: Skin should become available. (Well, this is quite obvious, isn't it? :))

Notes: I didn't have a chance to attempt crafting of another skin ward yet.
