Lag.

Hello. Well I got some lag in- game, but i cannot find what is its reason. I've always had 36- 39 ms even when the lag appear. It is like 2 seconds delay and when the team fight begins, I am already dead or.. yeah whatever. I am on cable and haven't have problem like this before. :))
