Held hostage by BOTS

So literally 2 and a half hours ago I loaded up a custom game with a couple bots just to warm up real quick. I got disconnected from the game and every time I reconnect it keeps telling me to check my network connection. This simply does not make any sense because I am watching Netflix at the same time as I am trying to relaunch my game and everything else I do has no problems what so ever. So now I have been waiting to try to reconnect to this game with only bots for the past couple hours and it just never seems to end at all. I submitted a support ticket about 10 minutes after the issue came up, yet I haven't gotten anything back and this is becoming a ridiculous amount of time to be waiting for a bugged game to end. What can I do?

(I have tried realunching multiple times, logged out then back in, logged out and waited 20 minutes or so then logged back in, restarted my PC multiple times and ran the hextech repair tool)
