[GAMEPLAY] Invisible Ziggs projectiles

In the linked game, all the Ziggs projectiles were invisible. The bounces of his bouncing bombs were briefly visible but all projectiles themselves were not. All players on blue side commented about how the Ziggs projectiles were invisible but the red team didn't respond so I'm not sure if It was team-dependent.

I have no idea how to reproduce this.
