Warwick Ult Not Suppressing

This has happened in two different games now where I ult an enemy champion and the target doesn't get suppressed. No one on the enemy team had QSS, Mikaels, Cleanse. The first time it happened it was against a Jinx. Anytime I ulted her in that game she wouldn't be suppressed. Other champions I could ult and suppress but not Jinx. My last game I ulted Annie and Vayne, who didn't get suppressed. I ulted Vayne twice and both times she didn't get suppressed. When I ulted a different champion, Gnar, they were suppressed like normal. Again, no one on the team had QSS, Mikaels, or Cleanse.

I'll try to record my games so I can get a video of this happening, but it's very very frustrating to not be able to lock down an enemy adc when the team didn't build QSS, Mikaels or run Cleanse.
