[CLIENT] Bilgewater reward does not open

I have been trying to click on the Bilgewater reward but the html isnt working. There isnt any picture and even if i click there, the window with reward wont pop up. I have already tried reopening the app and restarting the computer but its not working.

I just fixed mine after viewing the following suggestion in another thread. Clear your internet explorer cache and update Adobe Air.
