Constant Crashes in Client only

Its been happening for a while now, but the client will consistently crash. It specifically does it when im in picks and bans, so it increasing my dodging rate which i hate. I have an absurd 30 min wait time now due to it. Ive tried fixing the client and reinstalling but neither seem to fix it. It never happens in game, but when the game finishes, im always exited out of the client, so i have to relog in after each game. Any suggestions as to what this might be and how to fix?
