[CLIENT] Bugged Champ Selection (Can't change my Rune Page)

Steps:

1. Queued for Normal Draft; Top / Mid as choices
2. Got into a Champion Selection Screen
3. Couldn't alter Rune Page (please see screenshot)
4. Hovering over the edit button gave the "level 8 to change rune pages, otherwise a page will be selected for you based on your champion"

I then dodged, because I'm not going to use my Jhin runes to play Nasus.
