PBE Summoner Name Account Creation Bug ?

Whenever I try to choose my summoner name, the client bugs and just breaks. It will not allow me to choose my summoner name on PBE, which means I can't play the game. Can you fix your client already? I tried making a different account with a different email and everything, but still have this problem occurring. The green check mark shows that the name is NOT taken, therefore I should be able to take the name. Also, when you choose a name that is ACTUALLY taken, the prompt for the client saying that the name is taken is in a different spot. That is why I am assuming this is a bug and has nothing to do with my end of the process. Find a fix for this, so players can actually try playing PBE.
