Ranked Champion Select bug

While i was waiting for my ranked game i was looking at the match history of my friend, when the queue popped up and i accepted it the zoomed in version of the match history was still in the way. i tried to close it but there was no possible way on closing it. here is a picture i took at the moment it happened: https://gyazo.com/ad8994547a59d27d899d62918d0ecf2e

As you can expect i could not ban a champion so i got kicked out of the queue and am now on -3 LP.
