invisible ziggs bombs

Just had this in my most recent ranked game. About around the time I purchased rylias my q, w, and e were all of a sudden invisible to me. I asked my teammates if they could see my bombs but they didnt really respond to me which makes me think that the problem was only on my side. I went into a custom game and tried to recreate the scenario but was unsuccessful. Also went back into the replay but the bombs were visible then. Not sure if anyone else has encountered this problem but I figured I would say something.
