Neeko HP Bar not moving when damaged

Just had a game as Dr.Mundo where I would hit the enemy Neeko but her health was showing as full constantly throughout lane but whenever she would use her W it would show her actual health. Kinda difficult to tell if I'm actually wittling her down with cleavers if shes just constantly showing as full hp.
