[CLIENT] Client not displaying champ select

This bug has happened to me twice, once before patch 4.19 and once just now. I join a queue, i accept the match, but the champ select never displays, i can hear the music, but it just stays on the main screen of the client. The first time this happened, it was hexakill i think, i tried clicking play and rejoining a queue, and it told me i was assigned to a game and then suddenly displayed the champ select screen. The second time (My last game) was ARAM, no matter what i clicked it would not display champ select. I eventually heard the game start, so i closed my client and logged back in to see the reconnect screen, and i reconnected and finished the game fine... albeit with a champ i did not want to play. I have no idea how to reproduce this, as it has only happened twice and is seemingly random.
