[GAMEPLAY] TFT Tear + Spatula "Target is a Demon" Bugged

I had a couple "Fatal Error" Crashes this game, and I hardly EVER crash. I also run the game as admin. (been told it helps with game play)

But anyways, as it shows the Tear + Spatula combo isn't registering on my veigar. It shows his hands purple - but he wasn't draining mana from anyone, and the bar on the left only shows 5/6 demons.
