[GamePlay] Tahm Kench W bug

While playing a game I noticed that there was an issue with Tahm Kench (enemy) was unable to eat me while I had morgana Black shield on, instead of setting his W on cooldown he continued to spam the W animation until the duration of the spell shield ran out.

Ways to replicate this bug:

1. Put 3 stacks of tahm kench on player
2. have morgana black shield stacked player
3. attempt to consume enemy player as tahm
4. laugh as tahm eats air repeatedly
5. after spell shield duration consume is used normally.
