[GAMEPLAY] Game Controls(qwer,1234 etc.) Were Locked During Game

I was playing Thresh () in my last game.

I encountered some weird bugs while I was playing game.

The issues:

1. Team's health/mana bars on the left of the screen were screwed up. Mana bar turned into very long line that covers full screen.
2. Thresh controls were disabled. I can't spell anything (include ward items, qwer spells etc.). But Thresh was able to move and I was able to to write in chat.
3. Thresh's basic attack was working.

I had this issue for a very long time. I started to wait in base. And then, I decided to buy a new item:

1. When I bought new item controls were fixed and I was able to again cast spells.
2. But Team's health/mana bars on the left weren't fixed.

I couldn't get any screenshot but I tried to explain bug in detail.
