IP STORE DOUBLE BUY GLITCH

I bought Elise today with IP, and ended up getting charged twice for her. Had 12000+ IP earlier today, but now am back to the 200s, I don't know what's happening to the store, but I don't wanna lose all my hard earned IP right before the new season helpppp :(
