League shop down?

Recently I've been looking to try ans buy a champ from the league shop, yet when i click the button it seems to refuse to load. I then went to my summoners page and looked at champions and proceeded to go directly to the champ i wanted to buy (Draven) and it took a bit to load the prices for him but it finally did. I click the button to purchase him (had 10485 at the time) and the purchase looked like it went through because it took the IP and said i unlocked him, but when i go back to my champion page i cant tell if hes unlocked or not and when i click his picture to check it brings me to his page and then refuses to load the price or say "Champion owned." I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue?

My store is also blank. I have restarted the client multiple times, rebooted the computer, even changed the locale so it could scan the files. I checked and I do not have any kind of firewall or program blocking League. Also, I am still connected to PVP.net and chat, but the store is just black. I really want to buy Runes and RP. This has only happened since the last patch (adding champion masteries) and has not gone away for a few days now.

It was blank for me too, I just waited and kept re-clicking it and it eventually worked properly.

I ended up checking the champion page again and somehow it did go through with the draven sale yet the store page seems to continue to not load for me or a few of my friends.
