[GAMEPLAY] Nami Bubble Bug

It happened at least two times that i threw a bubble (Nami Q) and the Bubbe didn't appear, but the spell was on cooldown afterwards.

I guess the bug doesn't happen very often - it just happend 2 times to me in nearly 30 Nami-games ... Just wanted to say this :^)

All I could think was "Bubble bug" in the tune of "Bubble butt".

"BUBBLE BUG. BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUG."

The bubble still works even when it doesn't appear. But I have noticed this as well. I hate it when I get hit by a bubble that didn't show up on my screen.
