Network Warning

Alright so, ever since yesterday i have not been able to load into games. When i go to load into a game of league (SR,HA,CS,TT) I will load into the game for about 5 mins. During this time everybody's connection on my screen will stay the same and go up equally. Then at a random point it will all stop, after a short while of nothing and being forced to Alt+Tab I will see the network warning message. which will say check my internet then try again, but i can still freely use the internet. I have tried everything from reinstalling league, to stopping my firewall, and nothing seems to work. I officially have no clue if its just me, or if i'm not the only one. Any help is appreciated , Thanks.
