Yep, free loot, RNG based. This game is Chinese now, and as typical, rng runs rampant to milk us. Can't get the 10 Gems for Hextech Annie? buy keys/chests. Didn't get the stuff you wanted? Buy keys/chests. Got something you already own? Buy keys/chests. What really astonishes me about this is that you can get the same champions out of boxes. Skins, sure, I understand. But champions? come on now.
