Fatal Error

I got a gift card for christmas so i tried to redeem it on league of legends. when i chose the $20 option the game started to load open bucks but then a fatal error message popped up saying unable to process payment for this merchant. It didnt even give me the option to type anything in.

If anyone else has had this problem and was able to fix it please let me know.

is it a league gift card or a general gift card? cause there is a different way you have to redeem the league cards vs a general gift card.
