League of Legends (TM) Client is not responding.

I recently installed a new copy of Windows 10 Pro and ran through all the Windows Updates. I also updated my graphics card to the latest drivers. I then did a fresh install of League of Legends. I was able to open the launcher and join the champ selection, but after the champ selection finishes the launcher will minimize and the client will show up in my task bar, but it will NOT open.

At this point I've tried the following with no luck: -Completely uninstalling and reinstalling League of Legends. -Ending all the additional League of Legends processes running in the background. -Uninstalling my anti-virus software. -I've allowed League of Legends through Windows Firewall. -I've disabled User Account Control, but tried running it as an administrator before hand with no luck. -I've disabled the Windows 10 Game Bar application and made sure Discord/Discord Overlay wasn't running when launching the game, but no luck. -I ran the League of Legends repair tool. -I even downloaded CCleaner and ran the clean up, afterwards I still couldn't get into the game.

I have no idea what else I can try. The game ran perfectly fine on my previous version of Windows 10 Pro, so I'm baffled. Can anyone help? I've searched all of the forum boards related to this issue and tried all of the suggestions with no results. Please help, I even lost my promos since I originally launched a ranked game until I noticed this issue. Now I've been testing it by trying to launch a custom game. I want to play, but I don't know what else to do.

Same thing happening to me, since about a week ago...maybe two weeks. Did everything you did as well and was of no help.

I opened a ticket and they helped me resolve the issue. Here's what I did:

Open Control Panel. Click on System and Security then click on Windows Firewall. Once you're there, click Advanced on the left. Click on inbound rules and find your League of Legends entries (League of Legends and Launcher). Each exception should have a green check mark next to it. If for some reason it doesn't, right click and hit the enable button. Next, If in the profile column next to each exception it doesn't say "all" then double click it and go to the advanced tab, check all 3 boxes that say domain, private, and public.

This might fix it for anyone else having this problem.

Restarting my computer usually does the trick for me. However, I would like to find another solution than that.
