Can't log into Riot Support!

A few months now that i can't log into my Riot Support account, Every time i try to it sends me the message that I have Successfully logged out and then it sends me to another site that have some options and none of them to help me get into my Riot Support account?! Can someone please tell me why is it happening and how to fix it!
