The PBE page broke?

I was on the PBE page and it had the usual buttons which was normal, but then I clicked on I want to help even though I already submitted myself once and it said that heimerdinger was on the page so it was probably broken, same with the my status button, it did'nt work, is this supposed to be like this? I dont think so!
