HUGE champ select BUG causing LOSS OF LP in ranked

After everyone accepts the ranked queue and we head into champ select, the screen never loads in. You get kicked for failing to select a champ. It's counted as a dodge, you lose LP and you're timed out from ranked for doing nothing wrong. I don't have Verizon. (Had to say this since "Blame Verizon!" seems to be what all the bug-doubters are doing lately.)
