I recently got enough dust to craft a skin, but then I had to realize that the field to upgrade the skinshard is greyed out and i cant click it. It is the only skinshard it occurs with. I hope it can get fixed, because i would really like that skin.

dunno seems like a bug for me probably. last patch all my skin shards were just blank and i couldn't use any of them. so maybe just waiting for the next patch will help.

maybe Riots servers just didn't update your shard numbers yet and the servers still think you don't have enough Shards, even if you have enough in the Client.
just waiting for a bit could be enough if that is the problem.
or maybe you do already own the skin without noticing from a mystery box for example.
but that are all the things I could come up with. else I would just wait a day and then maybe write a support ticket.
