Can not upgrade urfrider corki to permanent skin [HEXTECH CRAFTING]

I recently got enough dust to craft a skin, but then I had to realize that the field to upgrade the skinshard is greyed out and i cant click it. It is the only skinshard it occurs with. I hope it can get fixed, because i would really like that skin.

do you own the champ?

or did you try relogging?
