Blitzcrank hook Does not work through river midlane wall

Hello,

I found a bug that was very odd and costed us first blood the other day. We tried hooking talon through the River wall right near midlane and Raptors, and for some reason it pulled him from the river like 200 yards to the wall, then just let him not get pulled through. Almost like an Azir wall or something, it just stopped pulling him like there was an impassible wall, which shouldn't be the case with Blitz hook.

I attached an image link to try to convey what section I am speaking of, and drew a red like to show where it was unpassable.
