Ranked Champion Select Timer/Countdown

The champion select timer keeps ending before reaching 0, and I get kicked from the champion select. It counts down to 2 or 3 and then kicks me from the game as it would if someone is afk. The most recent game I was kicked from, the timer got to 4 :/
