I tried to buy Secret Agent Mrs. Fortune from the snowdown shop and it did not work it said error encountered and to try again and I did and I relogged and it still did not work. I bought Muse Sona and Urf the Namity just fine so I would like to report this bug i'm sure other people are having the same issue
I have the same problem with her skin hopefully they will fix it soon.
Note: You will be unable to purchase any skin - including Challenger Ahri - from Your Snowdown Shop if the skin is currently discounted in the store. Since Snowstorm sales each last one day, this generally means that if you come back the next day, the skin will be purchasable in your personal shop again.
That's why you can't buy it.
