[GAMEPLAY] Leaver Buster warning in custom game

Minor bug. I set up a custom game with only me and some bots so I could play with my hotkeys. I intermittently tabbed out of the game to look at guides/videos. When I went back to the game, I got a warning about being inactive and getting punished by leaver buster and stuff.

Does leaver buster actually punish you for going inactive in a custom game? I don't think it should. Or is the warning inaccurate?

Like I said, it's a minor bug, but I thought I would mention it.
