Client- Game fails to launch.

I just recently got a gaming PC. After installing LoL the first time I could not actually get in to the log-in screen. I have re installed LoL many times, repaired the game, ran it as admin, deleted the air clients, and restarted my computer. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a fix?

I just had an update come in.... I logged off after i could not connect with client chat. Logged off then back on... updated and now cannot connect.
