[GAMEPLAY] Teamate ult indication not updating correctly

I was playing a game when I was dead (this might not be related but just in case), and we are under the enemy nocturne ult. At this point I have no vision of my teammate and the Oriana said he used ult. But on my screen the ult indicator for my teammate is still green even though my teammates have confirmed that the ult was used.

This will cause difference when analyzing situations and affect game play.
