[CRASH] Game client unable to load

Every time I have downloaded the client and attempted to launch it, it immediately crashes. I have sent bug-splat reports for it. I have attempted to relaunch the client multiple times after the initial downloads and the same problem occurs. I have not gotten into the client what so ever since I received the alpha invitation. I was concerned that it may possible be the specifications of my laptop but I highly doubt that is the case, unless the client cannot run on higher specifications. I am hoping to be able to try out the client at some point but unfortunately cannot even launch it.
