Ascension Summoner Icon Bug

I have completed 7 games of Ascension mode in total, 5 wins 2 loses which means that I was supposed to get some summoner icons in return of playing that game right? I still haven't got it for some reason. I have tried going to the website (http://promo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/shurima/) and redeem it manually. It says that I haven't won any games. Please help me out in solving this problem guys. Also, my match histories are on the website.

The icons were for the last time Ascension came out, which was about a year and a half ago. You won't get the icon rewards for playing ascension this time around.
