There is a bug. When i earned S on yasuo i didnt get the mastery token and then i combined key fragments to open a chest and the hextech key dissapear.What should i do is it me or the game is glitching

Where did you get the S grade,was it on the Rift,or aram/etc..? loot is glitching like mad these days. [sg-zephyr]
