Lee sin W wards bugged?? or someone using hacking software??

In today's game, basically when I try to W wards to kick someone, I will be disconnected. I talked to players in that game, the Urgot admitted he was using hacking software. However, this is not my first appeared disconnected game like today. Is that a bug or something wrong with my computer?
