Launcher Freezes after login and no images

Game launcher freezes computer for 50 seconds after login for the first time from a cold boot or reboot every single time (turning pc on or restart) once is not frozen again everything works except there is no images displayed on the screen, if I quit and restart the launcher it doesn't freeze and everything displays fine. That picture is not mine but is exactly the same problem I have, from another person who posted on the forums. That is all the feedback I can give about this bug, thanks and hope there is a fix other than reinstalling the game and praying that it fixes the problem.
