[GAMEPLAY] tower executions

Tower executions are granting kills to any last attacker from unlimited time frame... from literally 2 deaths ago - which is the last time I was hit. In the killer window, I got 100% damage tower ASSIST, then blank for KILLER. The kill ended up going to my killer 2 deaths ago. Who was the MF across the map at the time, so no global aoe or anything. This isn't the first time in the last few days tower executions derped, so I chucked it off to my bad, but there is no other way she could've touched me except by virtue of killing me 2 deaths ago. Definitely a bug.
